We are a small, 100% family owned company based in New Zealand. We supply some of the best butchers and boutique sausage makers around the globe, including some very fussy sausage making Charcuterie’s in France!
After witnessing some real scallywag behaviour from some of the big global casing manufacturers, Luke & Tracy wanted to look after the craft butchers and home sausage makers. They wanted them to have access to our best ‘A Grade’ product so they can make outstanding sausages, so this is what our internet packs contain. We hope you enjoy them. Happy sausage making.
All our sheep casings are sourced from New Zealand farms, where the animals are grass-fed and free to roam our rolling green hills. They are also free of artificial additives and growth hormones and are fully traceable from the farm gate to your plate. With so much natural goodness, its little wonder our lamb and sheep products are regarded as the best in the world.
All our sheep casings are processed in our dedicated, Halal certified, sheep casings facility in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand by our team of passionate sausage casing specialists and experts.
All our hog casings come from pigs that are born and raised in New Zealand by farmers who raise their animals with care. Our animal welfare standards are some of the toughest in the world. Not only that, 95% of commercial pork produced in New Zealand is also ‘PigCare Certified’ which is a separate, independently audited best practice accreditation for animal welfare, health and wellbeing.
Our hog casings are currently processed to our quality standards in a specialist facility in Australia.
